Hi, I’m Janessa. I am a Wellness coach. I empower women to set boundaries and achieve their goals with unstoppable confidence!
Today I am so grateful to be in this line of work, where I get to support women. I look back at my life and it’s barely recognizable to me. I used to let fear and low self-esteem frame my beliefs. I’ve learned to reframe my thoughts, consider where my beliefs started and how they could be looked at differently.
I’ve been through many things that I have had to overcome. Once I learned empowerment comes from the inside and that my boundaries were worth maintaining. I realized I had the strength within me, to trust my gut and to set boundaries, I have a passionate desire to help other women.

My job is to assist you in making choices that are in alignment with what is most important to you for the next 90 days and hopefully Beyond..

Gold Accountability Partnership
$40
This program will have access to 2 personal interactions with me at 20 minutes a session. 4 motivating Questions/statements/Directions and one Email check-in once a week.
Empowered Boundary Setting 90 Day Program
$1,500
This program consists of with 12 sessions. In these sessions you will be learning how to recognize old patterns that may not be working and how to create new ones. Each client will have direct access to my personal support throughout the whole 90 days.
Silver Accountability Partnership
$25
This program you will have 1 personal session with me at 20 minutes 2 Motivating questions/statements/direction and one Email check-in every other week
